Art Therapy and Psychotherapy
Natasha E. E. Shapiro, MPS, ATR-BC, LCAT
Are you encountering challenges in your life, such as stress, difficult emotions, reactions to traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties with relationships and career?
Together, we will find ways to process and work through such issues to enable you to engage fully with your life and enhance your personal development. I will work with you to promote healing in all areas of your life with a holistic approach and open mind in a comfortable, non-judgmental and safe space for many kinds of self-expression.
As an art therapist, I use a variety of approaches to suit your needs and goals. I am flexible about frequency of sessions as well as the possibility of changing time of session week to week. I also offer options of phone and video sessions.
